How could something so common, so often talked about, so often used (especially in an environment with the Nation over your head) be so overlooked? What is this? The black market! It's been referred to in posts, it's been talked about in the cbox, but none of the existing forums really cover what the black market is; those places are too obvious. Now you can find a specific forum for all your illegal needs! 'Cause let's face it, without this market, the world would be dead by now.
